    Hello sir my name is sagar and we have 19 members more and we all are facing same issues Specially we r facing problem from Fitness manager sunil kumar he has lots of attitude we observed many times We all know what us manager work ie should be freindly but its look like he is hod of af and when he see girls then he start buttering and chit.hat with females when we hit the gym and he ignored ifs clearly discrimination and another thing is when any trainer help us for training he try to send msg throuvh eyes stay away from those clients and focus on another we have lots of problem from sunil One thing we obswrved more He continuosly paased valgour commenting on females and make als please resolved our issues othervise refund our fesss thanku If our issue did not resolved we will gake legal action so asap resolve it Thanks

    When you "put it all together" the angle of your torso never changes. You don't access your core

      That's normal. The pivot is really subtle. You shouldn't be leaning back a ton. Actually, for me, it helped to think of it as you pivot forward, and when fully extended at the finish, you're straight up

    Please Note: Your body should be in Tarso angle-tight you core! Straight back! No bending or hump! And your body should be I n 11:00 O’clock at PULL and 1:00 O’lock at recovery!!!

      I’m obese I row for 30 to 40 min a day I have a stomach I been rowing for about 3 weeks now I wore a pair of jeans yesterday to work size 22 I kept having to pull my pants up around my waist I’m now in a size 20. I can say for me I believe it is helping with my mid section I’m also watching how I eat as well I hope this helps Joey always be cautious on your form it’s really detrimental using this machine I hope your helps you❤❤❤❤❤

    Why does your company keep on advertising that there's zero joining fees? Why are you even thinking that this would be something that should be charged? To join all it takes is a data entry into a database and a submission to a bank for direct debit. This is 90%automated . To consider this to be a cost to a customer is out right theft.

    I've been working out 3x a week consistently for the past month and a half, I've dropped my mile run from 12 minutes to 11, i feel my strength returning, I aim for a minimum of 30 minutes of increased heart rate. I've gone from 265 start weight up to 275, this sucks. The road is longer than i anticipated and I'm getting discouraged.
